Bleu Foot - (Clitocybe sordida)

Clitocybe sordida, or Bleu Foot has a long fruiting season during the cooler months of september until freeze up. It typically takes more than a growing season to establish so it is best to have it in a semi-permanent location. For same season fruiting, it should be planted in early spring. Layered hardwood and pine needle mixed with layers of leaves and organic matter are ideal for growing Bleu Foot.
