Sterilized liquid culture mix in a pint jar with self healing injection port and gas exchange filter. Turn 4 cc of spore solution into 100 cc of usable inoculate. Simply inject 2 -4 cc of your favorite gourmet mushroom spore solution into the liquid culture jar. Allow the jar to colonize at normal room temperatures. You will begin to see growth between 7-14 days after inoculation. Allow the mycelium to expand to the desired amount and with draw your liquid culture solution with a sterile syringe.
