This sale is for 1 pint jar of fully hydrated and sterilized rye grains with self healing injector port and 5 micron gas exchange filter. These jars are filled a little over 3/4 of the way with hydrated and sterilized rye berries. The jars are ready to use right out of the box! Simply inject 2-4 ml of gourmet mushroom spore solution or liquid culture, shake and your done!

Allow to fully colonize at room temperatures. Allow 14 days to see the first signs of growth. Allow to colonize for approximately 30 days or until done. Now your colonized grains can be cased, used for grain transfers or spawned to a bulk substrate for larger grows. Each 1 pint of colonized rye can inoculate up to 2 pounds (3 quarts) of bulk substrate.
